Shipping:

We ship via UPS ground. Standard shipping time is 7-10 business days. At this time we only ship within the United States. 


Returns & Exchanges:

Any items purchased through the Studio Three Shop online must be processed through our web store and e-commerce. Online returns will not be accepted at any studio location.


Full refunds are available for full price merchandise returned within 20 days of purchase. The item(s) must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging. We do not accommodate exchanges. Please reach out to us via email to shop@studiothree.com to request a return label. All sale items are final sale.


Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once tracking shows delivery. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is complete. Once you have received your email confirmation indicating the refund has been processed, please allow up to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.  We will credit you the full purchase price minus the original shipping charges. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.  


Lost Or Stolen:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit. All UPS tracking inquiries should be directed to UPS customer service.


Damages: 

Any damaged items need to be reported within 10 days. To report damage, please email shop@studiothree.com. Please note that damages reported outside of 10 day policy may not qualify for a replacement or refund.


Size Guide:

We don’t have a standard size guide as we have several brand partners. If you have questions regarding size, shoot us an email at shop@studiothree.com and we’d be happy to assist you in finding the best size and fit. 


Gift Cards:

We do not offer gift cards to our online store at this time. Gift cards purchased at any Studio Three location or through the Studio Three website are only eligible for classes and in-studio retail purchases.
